Parnell House - Corian vanity units

We joined forces with our partner company, Washroom Washroom to complete an exciting large-scale refurbishment project.

Parnell House, a mixed-used development in the Victoria area of London, has been completely refurbished by Kier. The building incorporates six levels of office accommodation plus a new cycle centre in the basement for office staff in addition to 14high-endresidential flats on the top three floors of the building.

Working together with Washroom Washroom, we fitted out the apartments, which were a mix of one, two and three-bedroomed properties, to a high specification to maximise their rental potential within the luxury central London market.

The bathrooms in each apartment were upgraded to match the new contemporary interior design of Parnell House. We designed, manufactured and installed bespoke Corian vanity units and Corian wall panelling, both finished in a striking white marble effect. We inset the sink and toilet into the vanity unit and installed additional storage units within the wall panelling to maximise the space. The mirrored storage units we installed above the sinks complete the refreshed bathroom design.

We were also tasked with creating new fitted wardrobe units for the bedrooms in each flat. The white high gloss finish and floor to ceiling doors create a stylish smooth façade. With a mixture of hanging space, shelving areas and drawer units, the wardrobes provide plenty of room for storage.

On the six office levels, the Washroom team installed new superloos to make the most of the available floorplate. While in the new staff cycle centre in the basement the team installed its Marcato solid grade laminate shower cubicles, Legato benching, and flush front glass iLockers with digital access code locks along with bespoke Concrete vanities.
