We’ve worked on some really interesting projects and our passion for bespoke design means that no two projects are ever the same – with all our projects completed to meet our clients’ exacting brief and here’s just some of our favourite projects from the last year.
Working with Modus on a refurbishment project for the Deliveroo head office in London was a particular highlight last year. The fun interior design features a bicycle road map complete with road signage as part of the floor, along with green carpets at the side of the ‘road’ which are designed to give the appearance of grass. Individual offices, which are situated off the main office space were designed to look like homely flats with soft furnishings housed behind an exterior style door complete with letterbox.
Over the course of six weeks we installed a stylish matt grey kitchen facility for staff to use. The bespoke bench seating we created for one of the meeting rooms was shaped using CNC routed MDF formers, which were then clad in engineered wood veneer flax oak flooring and also feature hinged doors to create additional storage.

This project was all about making an impact by creating a stand-out reception area to make a lasting impression on visitors. The multi-let building is located on the Paddington Central campus next to the amphitheatre, and offers high quality office accommodation over 11 floors.
We designed, manufactured and installed a striking reception desk with real wood veneer in two shades. The team also installed slatted ceiling panels and feature wall panelling both manufactured using slatted wooden panels. The panels were manufactured in differing heights and set different distances apart to create a stunning wave effect while concealing additional storage space.
Residential refurbishment project
This Grade II* listed former Town Hall building is currently being redeveloped to include a collection of studio apartments plus one, two and three bedroom apartments along with an arts centre and hotel.
As part of the project, we’ve been working to deliver the new bathrooms for all the residential apartments within the building. Each bathroom features a bespoke stone vanity unit set on an anodised aluminium frame complete with a pull-out drawer under the sink. The recessed mirrored wall units with matching anodised aluminium frames were designed to complement the vanity units.
Working with Modus over the course of 10 weeks on this office refurbishment project for Bravura Investments in London, we delivered a series of bespoke joinery elements including black Fenix Kvadrat fabric and seating pods, quiet seating pods with Duropol tops and Duropal laminated touchdown benches – all designed to create a flexible working environment for staff.
As well as the stunning fumed oak reception desk, we installed four tea and coffee points, bespoke island units and new washroom facilities. The bespoke raft curved ceiling was sprayed in four different RAL colours to tie the whole design together and complement the office interior.
