We’re passionate about creating high quality bespoke joinery solutions and being able to manufacture in house is a big part of what we do.

We operate from a state-of-the-art 58,000 sq ft factory in Essex staffed with a team of experienced and highly skilled craftsmen and joiners, many of whom have been with us for over a decade. We pride ourselves on our craftmanship and attention to detail and work using a combination of traditional and contemporary skills to create projects as unique as our clients.

We’re passionate about creating beautiful, bespoke joinery products and as such we’re always on the lookout for new materials, technologies, or finishes we can incorporate into future projects, whether that’s a new man-made solid surface material manufactured from recycled materials or a high tech laminate surface. Our experienced joinery team know how to get the best out of every material we work with from solid wood and real wood veneers to solid surface Corian and glass and much more.

We know it’s vital to stay ahead of the curve so we’re continually investing in our equipment to make sure we can work as efficiently as possible and limit unnecessary waste. Our manufacturing arm is designed to link seamlessly with the rest of the project from design to installation to ensure we deliver on time and to budget every time.

Manufacturing in house gives us control over the quality of finish as all our team works to the same exacting standards, and it also gives us greater control over timescales – allowing us to react and meet deadlines. What’s more, we have a large dedicated storage area which is ideal for storing both raw materials in advance of manufacture and completed products prior to delivery and installation on site on a just in time basis, without the risk of delays from third party suppliers. We’ve also developed a mock-up service which allows us to build elements of a project full size in our factory for client approval prior to completion and installation on site to make the project journey even smoother for our clients.

 

And with sustainability increasingly important to our clients, manufacturing in house gives us greater accountability from a sustainability perspective too.

Having our own manufacturing facility in house means we can be responsive and create bespoke designs to suit our clients with ease. Our aim has always been to deliver high quality joinery on time and to budget and by manufacturing in house, we’re able to maintain this core ethos even as new challenges arise.
