Plethora of projects in the pipeline for Cre8

We’ve secured new commercial joinery contracts working at a number of iconic office buildings all over London, delivering a range of bespoke joinery items together with unique finishes to suit each unique project brief.

We’ll soon be working with 8Build on an extensive refurbishment of level 8 at 22 Bishopsgate, which at 62 storeys high and with a total floorspace of 195,000 sq metres, is thought to be London’s biggest ever office building. It also boasts its own retreat for office staff and the Viewing Gallery – London’s highest free-of-charge public viewing spot. During the 20-week programme our team will be delivering joinery items which include teapoints, display units and internal doors – all completely bespoke.

Meanwhile our teams are also beginning work at 20 Grosvenor Street in the heart of Mayfair. Designed by Flanegan Lawrence Architects, the BREEAM Excellent building was originally built in 1725 and was extensively refurbished a few years ago, amalgamating 18 and 20 to create grade A office accommodation over six floors, together with two retail units on ground and lower ground level. We’re proud to be playing our part in the latest chapter in this building’s story by delivering bespoke joinery for this latest refurbishment.

In the last few weeks our team has completed on a project at the exceptional 60 London Wall office building. Here we created bespoke ceiling and wall panelling, storage, upholstered seating and a unique reception desk with a stunning terrazzo worktop – all befitting of the exceptional nature of the building.

We’re also delivering a range of bespoke joinery items for 20 Gracechurch Street – one of the city’s most distinctive postmodern buildings, Upper St Martins Lane, One Southampton Street and on St James Street – which remains one of London’s more beautiful streets and is steeped in heritage.
