Our top three of 2023

We’ve worked closely with our partner company, Washroom Washroom to deliver a range of stunning new projects this year. Here’s our top three projects from the last 12 months to showcase how this year we’ve continued to be Cre8ive Together.

LSE

We started the year with the completion of a multifaceted project at London Stock Exchange HQ in the City of London which we completed within 14 weeks.

Here, we provided a range of bespoke joinery throughout the building including decorative walls with signage, fabric covered wall panelling, decorative joinery units and circular break out pods for informal meetings. We also installed several new tea points as well as a new kitchen and seating facility for office staff to relax, eat and socialise during the working day.

Our full turnkey division WeIntegr8 specialises in delivering complete fit-out packages to give contractors an effective single-source solution and on this particular project our WeIntegr8 team delivered a complete package of washroom works to provide new washrooms, vanity units, and all other ancillaries. The new washrooms also incorporated a separate area specifically for those practicing Wudu before prayer, making sure the facilities are inclusive for all office staff.

Tooley Street

This was another highly bespoke office refurbishment project which includes an array of carefully sourced materials to create a truly unique space. On the ground floor and entrance area, we manufactured and installed the striking new concrete reception desk together with the feature reception wall panelling in Panbeton Shui concrete which is inspired by the waves of a shallow stream, creating surfaces that captures the gradation of shadows. The Kvadrat seating area with leather straps and bespoke powder coated framework completes the entrance area.

Elsewhere in the building we installed bespoke tea points with spray painted fronts, bespoke cabinets and lift fronts all designed to complement the building’s heritage. We also installed the entrance shrouds in anodised aluminium and several outdoor planters.

The Washroom team installed washrooms on levels one to five with Superloos, vanities and washroom accessories including bespoke anodised mirror surrounds and in the basement level they also installed bespoke benches and Forza lockers.

199 Bishopsgate

And last but not least rounding off our trio of projects, is this vibrant office refurbishment on Bishopsgate in the City, which we have recently completed. The design features a bespoke oak bar area with seating and custom lighting panels, creating an informal meeting or socialising space. We also created the new reception desk which includes custom-made back-lit LED enamelled panels plus the wall surround panels with integral planters and leather seating in a bold shade of red, contrasting with the natural oak.

The Washroom team installed End of Trip facilities as part of this project including showers, changing rooms, cubicles, towel drops, vanity areas, and storage facilities – all mindfully designed with the end user in mind.

How do we do it?

Every one of our projects is as unique as our clients. With experience spanning more than two decades we know how to realise our clients’ design visions in a practical and effective way. We’re proud to be always pushing the boundaries and looking for new matierlas, techniques and ways of working, blending traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge design and production to surpass expectations.
