Having our own highly skilled workforce based at our head office in Essex gives us complete control over the quality of our finished products as well as offering clients design flexibility for a truly bespoke service. We’re continually investing in our manufacturing facilities and in this blog we’ll take you on a virtual tour of our facilities and introduce you to our talented teams.

Solid Surfacing

Operating from a dedicated workshop, our team carefully crafts man-made solid surface materials to form stunning vanity units, reception desks, wall panels and much more. The team understands how to bring out the beauty and tones of each material while ensuring a long-lasting, high quality finish.

CNC machining

Working with the latest BIESSE Rover A five axis CNC machines, which are capable of processing larger materials up to a thickness of 245mm, we can machine complex-shaped pieces with precision for a high-quality finish. The machines are seamlessly linked to the CAD software our design department uses and are programmed to ensure all cuts maximise materials and therefore reduce waste – materials are precision cut for accuracy and efficiency.

Metalwork

Using a range of different metals in an array of finishes, we can produce bespoke pieces to suit any design, from wall signage to more structural elements such as seating or storage units.

Press and veneer

Creating unique finishes for our cubicles and other joinery elements to meet the specific requirements of each project using a range of materials including natural wood, engineered veneer and laminate.

Spray shop

We can match all RAL and Pantone colours to complement any design scheme and we only use low VOC paints for a more sustainable finish.

Joinery

Seamlessly blending traditional craftsmanship with the latest materials and techniques. Our skilled team can deliver intricate carvings for period properties, bespoke joinery for contemporary or minimalistic projects and everything in between – no two projects are ever the same.
