Aiming for a successful partnership: our clay shooting day with BW Workplace Experts

At Cre8 Joinery, building strong relationships with our clients and partners is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we recently invited BW Workplace Experts to join us for a day of clay shooting at the beautiful Bisley Shooting Ground in Surrey.

BW Workplace Experts is the principal contractor on the 3i project in Knightsbridge which we recently completed, and the day offered us the opportunity to spend some time with their team, getting to know each other, bonding and talking about how we can collaborate more in the future.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed having a day away from the workplace and out in the fresh air trying something new. The day started with a hearty breakfast before the group of 20 – 11 from BW Workplace Experts and 9 from Cre8 Joinery – was separated into groups of five and headed out to practise shooting – all under the watchful eye of an expert instructor!

After a break for elevenses and some networking, the afternoon saw everyone’s competitive streak come to the fore with a 24-target scored clay shooting competition, and Phil’s team won. This was followed by a Team Flush where each participant could shoot at any clay that flew.

The clay shooting wasn’t just about having fun – we were all about the serious business of giving better service to our customers. The day allowed us to build on relationships already formed and discover how we can better support their projects in the future.
