Three months on site
The online fashion retailer, which was originally set up in London in 2000 has since grown to become the global force it is today – with more than 16 million active customers last year. Its dedicated customer services office in Leaveden has been fully refurbished by ISG and Spacelab.
During the project, which took 12 weeks, we fitted out five floors of the building with high specification bespoke joinery works to complement the design-led creative interior décor.
Some of the key features of the design were the bespoke servery area for the ground floor, along with the bespoke servery units plus tea and coffee points on the first to fourth floors. The sleek new units feature stone tops, birch wood laminated doors and architectural powder-coated metal frames above incorporating feature lighting.
We delivered replacement internal doors and specialist waste recycling units on all floors of the building. The team also installed full height Alto laminate toilet cubicles and quartz Caesarstone vanity tops in the new washrooms on each floor as part of the project.
