From design to completion: eight weeks
The One Off is a creative design agency which delivers branding, retail, interiors and advertising for some of the world’s most successful brands. It has two offices, including the TOO Studio in Islington which has been refurbished with the agency’s interior design team leading the design and creating the bespoke furniture.
The quirky new interior design features a colourful and on-trend industrial chic style with exposed brick and metalwork and was carefully designed to mirror the creative vibe of The One Off.
As part of the refurbishment, we designed and installed bespoke high level metal storage units affixed to the walls right up to the ceiling to maximise the available space. The new desks, which we designed using the same metal framework to match the storage units, also provide enough space to run data cables neatly.
Our bespoke Qubewall storage system was the perfect fit for the first floor of the office. Manufactured in a crisp white finish and complete with bespoke metal handles, the Qubewall system mirrors the unique new workspace while offering a practical storage solution.
Another key part of the project was refreshing the staff rest areas with new seating pods designed for staff to take a break away from the workspace. For the contemporary kitchen area we installed new Duropal worktops in a natural stone finish and sleek cupboard doors with integrated handles. The result is a kitchen area which looks and feels more like a domestic kitchen than an office facility.
