As part of the extensive refurbishment project, we installed bespoke concrete faced wall panelling within the ground floor entrance and reception area. The specialist 15mm ultra-lightweight Panbeton® panels, are manufactured using genuine raw concrete and were completed with the building logo inset in a bronze-effect finish to create the contemporary minimalist design.

Working with our in-house washroom division, Washroom Washroom, we also manufactured and installed monochrome superloos on each level of the building. Each self-contained cubicle includes a toilet, bespoke Corian solid surface vanity unit and hand-drying facilities, all housed behind a full height door for complete privacy while also maximising the available floorspace.

Each cubicle was fitted out with toughened low iron glass wall panels, back-painted in white to match the white full height flush front high pressure laminate toilet cubicle doors, which were in turn completed with matching white Corian edging. For contrast, the washroom accessories including door signage, locks, soap dispensers and taps were specified in black ironmongery.

In the basement, we fitted out the new cycle change area again working with the Washroom team to make sure the design matched the new washroom areas and complemented the reception area. Here we installed toughened glass ilockers, back-painted in white, and black solid grade laminate benching, completing the monochrome theme seen throughout the building.
